Data does not appear correctly until filtered

Thank you in advance for suggestions. Product values are not correctly displaying on columns Booked, Shipped, Not Shipped and Picked (all the same data source) until I filter by the product name. This problem is not happening on all products. See both screenshots:

18X008N appears perfectly with or without the filter selection.

19EN008 Booked and Shipped data only appears when selected in a filter for the Bin category, but is correct for Bag.

    Have you configured any other filters like Visual/Report/Page filters?

      v-yuta-msft 

       

      I have a report level filter applied, however it does not impact those columns. I removed the filter to test and I am getting the same results.
