Hi guys!
I have dashboard for IT tickets backlog that takes ticket creation date and resolution date to measure backlog.
I want to show on a chart specific period for ticket's analysis (i.e. last 3 month), but not the whole period from the very first date. But i can't use filter or slicer for it, as it takes only selected period of time and ruin my statisctic (as it uses creation date and ticket created 2 years ago could be in backlog).
So is there any way to show on a graph certain period but not filtering (excluding) data by period?
Hello @amitchandak!
Thanks for reply but i couldn't get it.
What do you mean by "You need measure like HR Blog"? I couldn't find measure with the name "HR Blog" in the link you provided.
@IT_inter , You need measure like HR Blog
You might need an independent date table to deal with the selection and display issue
