Data card tile - help

Hi there,

I created a checklist app for 4 pieces of machinery on power apps that pulls the information into 4 seperate sharepoint lists.

I used append feature to get them all on one bar chart date (x axis) Number of checks submitted (y axis).

I would like to create a card tile that looks as follows:

Machine 1 :: (Number of completed checks for current day) / 7

Machine 1 :: (Number of completed checks for current day) / 3

Machine 1 :: (Number of completed checks for current day) / 2

Machine 1 :: (Number of completed checks for current day) / 1

100% completed Days :: (Number of days where 7=7 3=3 2=2 1=1)

Is something like the above possible? If so how do I program this?

I'm a novice at Power Bi and this is my first attempt at something like this.

Thanks in advance,

CH.

  • Hi, channah1

    Based on your description, I created data to reproduce your scenario.

    Table:

    You may create two measures as follows.

    Percentage per day per machine =
    var _id = SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[ID])
    var _num = SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Checked number])
    return
    SWITCH(
        TRUE(),
        _id=1,_num/7,
        _id=2,_num/3,
        _id=3,_num/2,
        _id=4,_num/1
    )

    IsCompleted =
    var _date = SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Date])
    var _result =
    SUMX(
        FILTER(
            ALLSELECTED('Table'),
            'Table'[Date]=_date
        ),
        [Percentage per day per machine]
    )
    return
    IF(
        _result=4,
        "Yes",
        "No"
    )

    Finally you may use 'Multi-row card' visual to display the result.

    Best Regards

    Allan
