Data based email to users

Hi,

I have a matrix with customer wise information, I want email to be triggered to different users based on the customers.

For eg:

IKEA (customer) data to be sent as an email to user1
PHILIPS (customer) data to be sent as an email to user2

Please let me know if this can be achieved in Power BI
