Data Type Text wont transform to Fixed Decimal in Power Query

Hi!

I am following the "Dashboard in a Day" scripts, and when I split "Price" column, my advanced editor in power query displays this message?

I have checked Locale Settings, is there something I am missing?

@Mitchblue006 , Please use clean and try , I doubt some white characters
