I have imported data into Power Bi Desktop and I am unable to adjust any options in the column tools. My data is an excel sheet on a sharepoint document folder. The columns in the sheet are set to currency and i want my visuals to show currency. Google is uselss and so here i am.
Hi, @jamescosten
Can you provide some sample data or simple pbix files? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. What kind of expected results do you expect? You can also show it with pictures.

Hi @jamescosten .
In which currency format you want your values in?
Can you share a sample data or output?
Thanks,
Sanket
I can suggest one workaround.
Suppose if your currency is in US dollar($) format, then you can create a custom column for currency type using below DAX;
Currency= "$"
Now create one more custom column and concatenate those 2 columns using CONCATENATE and use this column for all your visuals;
New=CONCATENATE(Table[Currency],Table[Value])
Thanks,
Sanket.
