Data Showing as Constant on Charts When it Isn’t

I am having some problems with Power BI. For some reason, when I try to represent the data as a bar chart with a line, it is showing the data as constant and all values are 1 when they are not equal.

Is there a reason you are using COUNT instead of some other function such as SUM?
