Data Refresh - suggestion for BI

We use big datasets that are updated regularly.  When we run the data refresh the model goes and reloads all the history.   Is there a way for the model to only upload the latest?    The current ...

    AirInsight you are talking about incremental refresh which only available under Power BI Premium
