Data Modeling for Q&A visual for an encyclopedia-like experience

How would you model this data to allow for an encyclopedia-like experience using the Q&A visual?  For now, the plan is to store the data in Excel, import into Power BI, and refresh it on an as-needed...

    Based on your descriptions, I think you could modify your question a little. If it can understand your question, the right outcome will appear. I did a test. Please check the results as follows.

    You can also add definitions to make Q&A work better with your data model with "Teach Q&A" in Q&A Setup.
