Data Loading issue in PowerBI desktop

What's the version of your Power BI Desktop? Could you please share the excel file which you loaded into Power BI Desktop? Later we can try to load it in my side and check if it can load successfully or not...

I watched your video, it seems like your Power BI Desktop load very slow. Again, please check if your computer fufill the minimum requirements to run Power BI Desktop.
In addition, the version of your Power BI Desktop is not latest one, please update it to the latest version. Later check if the data can be loaded successfully after installed the latest version of Power BI Desktop.

yeah same thing is happening with the latest version as well.
and my system is fulfilling the min requirements. but even though its not working

Could you please try the following steps?
1. Clear cache as below screenshot
2. Try to connect the data source other than excel file(for example: SQL Server) and check if it can load successfully
3. Uninstall Power BI Desktop and re-install it with the latest version
