As of the latest version for both Desktop and Report Server, the conditional formatting Fx marker for the text of a Data Label is missing. Existing formatting is still working but I can't modify it.
Please tell me I'm just missing it somewhere. I've looked under every possible option but I can't find it anywhere.

To select the field and apply it:
Go to the Visualizations pane. In the Format area, select the General tab, and then set Title to On to show the title options for the visual.
Next to the Title text, select Conditional formatting (fx).
The Title text - Title dialog box appears.
There are a few limitations to the current implementation of expression-based titles for visuals:

Sorry. Thought I was very clear. DATA LABELS is where the problem is. Not Title. DATA LABELS.
