Data Label Formatting Issue and other concerns

Hi,

 

Had the data label formatting issue been fixed in the September 2022 version of PowerBI Desktop?

 

On account of this issue i tried installing an older version (Jul 2022). I also seem to be having an issue with Custom Visuals. They disappear after some time while using the application. But when I try downloading them again, I get the message that it already exists. 

 

Not sure if this is a bug or an issue with my system?
