Data Format.error in Transform file
All the excel files have same formate and same sheet name. When i connect with folder it works but when i upload in sharepoint document and try to connect with sharepoint folder it shows...

Without any data is difficult to give you an answer.
Try to go to function and place in this case the december file and check if the transformation occurs correctly.
You are refering that this is variable and shows on different files, how are you getting the data from the sharepoint? How is the upload made?
