Hello, Do you have files with data (preferably sales or production data) that my students could use for their assignments?

Hello @Truman1791. Power BI Desktop has some sample data built in. You can access it by going to Help in the ribbon, then Examples > Sample dataset > Load sample data. Or by clicking "Try a sample dataset" as seen in the screenshot below.

The sample data from above is a single table. If you want multiple tables, the link below contains a link to an AdventureWorks Sales sample Excel workbook, which has multiple tables:
