Data Count Missing on Visualizations -> Filters

I am trying to present data in a Matrix form and filter by 2 groups of data.

However 1 of the groups is showing 'zero' count on the Visualizations -> Filters.

I've checked the list and ensured all the data are visible when I view at the 'Data' field.

Need some help on what have I done wrong here...

Hi @nadinechew,

Based on my test, it could work on my side. Could you please check the version of Power BI Desktop(2.61.5192.601 64-bit (August 2018))? If issue persists, would you please share your pbix file if possible?
