Data Cleaning

Hi all,

I am new to power BI I got a data from the client side the side is looking like this ,I need to clean these columns and make the data properMy final data should be consisted of column1,column2,India,America,Chine,UK,Arab,HSE,CAT please help me out all suggestions are welcome.Thank you in advance!
