Hi Amit,Conditional formatting is based on values, and data bar is coloured uniformly.however my requirement is to get based on legends.Data bar should look like a horizontal bar of stacked bar chart

  I'm sorry I didn't find the suitable visual which can fulfill all of your needs... Whether it can use matrix instead? But it will missing data bar...

    Thanks mate...I had a discussion with many people and concluded I can't replicate that so have suggested my client to use matrix with background colour...for that I have created a measure so that I can get red for critical,orange for medium and yellow for low. In case cell is having two or more categories it shows grey colour
