Dashboards opening time

Hi,

Why does my dashboard has two different opening times depending on where the file is located:

Company Shared folder - 2 minutes
Local copy on my desktop- 20 seconds

Also, does people have to wait this amount of time once I upload it to Power BI Server?

hi, @Anonymous 

When you open the file in Company Shared folder, all the operations are on the network,
so it will slower than do it on your own desktop.

and if you upload to power bi service, the opening time is based on the size of your dataset, and it usually more faster.
