Howdy all,
Have created a dashboard with a heap of KPI's on it.
Most are monthly, and work easy - have column chart viz and the latest colum represents the current month. ALso on each KPI have the latest months acutal value displayed also in a card visulization
Question 1: can you limit how many columns are shown on the vizualisation? I am currently going in and manually selecting the last 8 months to show.
There are a few of the KPI's that are weekly - now to show the latest column here is what I am having trouble with. I am currently having to go into the viz, change the columns shown (similar to above), but then also changing the filter on the actual value (with monthly one I just set to current month, not possible here).
Question 2: Is there any way I can get that to update the Card Viz with the latest value?
Thanks
Nick
@NJCLIFFORD , You can use, relative date slicer, TOPN filter, TOPN measure.
You can use numeric parameters in TOPN

TOPN with Numeric Parameter -https://youtu.be/cN8AO3_vmlY?t=26448
If that latest value of Date or time, we need measure
Like for date
new measure =
var _max = maxx(allselected(Date),Date[Date])
return
calculate( sum(Table[Value]), filter('Date', 'Date'[Date] =_max))
for month MTD will show max month, based on the selection
MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD('Date'[Date]))
