Dashboard - Modifying a slicer value in one report changes that slicer value in another report

Hello all

First time poster since I have gained an enormous amount of information from this board in the last year. Thanks!

 

I have two reports that I maintain (each with 3 pages) and have selected one page from each report to be presented in a single dashboard.

See below:

If a user modifies the slicer value in one ... can that value be then updated in the other?

Note: the value being changed has the exact same values in both reports.

Again all from the dashboard.

    Hi leon_milbeck,

    As I know, we could sync slicer for multiple page in the same report, but we can't sync slicer for multiple report.

    In addition, if you want to pin this to dashboard, you need to pin live page and slicer seems to only work for current page.

    So I suggest you could submit requirement on power-bi-ideas.
