Dashboard Individual Tile not refresh

Hi, 

I am new to Power BI development.  To update dashboard when dataset is updated, I need to use the "Pin Live Page" option.  Pinning individual tile on the dashboard would not update the dashboard.  However,  the Pin Live Page option on the phone view is very small and unable to arrange tiles.  We would like to enable dashboard auto refresh with individual tiles on dashboard and phone view option.  What is the best practice to refresh Dashboard tiles when dataset is updated?
