Daily shipment tracking

Power BI community,

I need to track daily shipment performance versus forecasts by multiple departments.

Here is a sample data.

Sample data and excel

Here is the expected outcome with 4 main sections.

1. MTD (month to date) actual shipment performance by brand in absolute and shipment/day as well as a linear projection of full month volume, which I was able to create.

2. Operation full month forecast, in absolute value, variance vs the linear projection (from 1), operation forecast shipment per day, and necesarry MTG (month to go) shipment/day to meet operation forecast

3. Same as 2, but with sales forecast

4. Finance forecast, which I was able to add.

Since Operation and Sales team have a weekly forecast, I would like to have a selection pane next to the date slicer to choose which version of forecast I want to do comparison against.

In below case, it is Feb 1 forecast, but if I select Feb 8 forecast, I need Ops and Sales forecast number to change.

Then, I would like to highlight risk in red.

IF MTG vol/day is higher than MTD vol/day, highlight in red.

IF full month forecast is higher than the linear projection, highlight the variance in red, as per below.

Lastly, to make it easier for viewers to see the data,

To highlight the headers for operation, sales and finance section in different colors as per below.

Support is much appreciated!
