Realizei um relatório no PowerBI Desktop fiz a atualização pelo Gateway Local, porém, quando atualizei meu dashboard na Web, pude perceber que os dados de um dos relatórios não estão coincidindo com o que está no PowerBI Desktop.

Based on your problem description, you can check the refresh settings, gateway connection, and if data source have changed before republishing to Service to see. You also need to check your filters and slicers for time-related filters and calculations that are causing the time zone issue. Also, I found a case similar to your problem which will help you:
