If I understand correctly, you could create a rank measure of some kind.

What is the purpose of the ID column at that point?

It would be to differentiate the records. When using Text Filter, it would filter the slicer with the found records.

    Now I understand what you mean.

    I don't believe that is possible, measures are the only thing that will calculate based on slicer selections and you can't use them in a slicer.
