DWP

I am unable to see any information on my main office, but I can see information on my sister office. I have not adjusted anything, so I have made no changes. Why would I not be able to see my main office?

I have had no resolve

Hi @jodiwang,

 

Since one office is visible and the other is not, please check the following steps:

  • Make sure there are no active visual, page, or report-level filters that might be filtering out the main office. Also check slicers, they can sometimes default to a single value like the sister office.
  • Check if the main office data actually exists in the dataset after reload, and also there are no spelling differences for example like Main Office or main office.
  • Sometimes refreshing just the visuals is not enough so try a full dataset refresh from the service or power bi desktop.

I cleared it, reloaded it, added all of the information back again. One of my offices shows but one does not.
