Is the best way to DISTINCTCOUNT a column and include each BLANK row in the same column?

.Distinct ID Number =

var dis = DISTINCTCOUNT('Invoices'[ID Number])

var blan = COUNTBLANK('Invoices'[ID Number])

RETURN

dis+blan

DISTINCTCOUNT will count all blank as one, so you should return dis+blan -1
