DIFERENCIA MES A MES

Tengo la siguiente tabla en donde muestra la diferencia de los costos de un mes a otro, en la ultima columna muestra la diferencia de un mes a otro, pero quisiera que cuando cambiara de año no realizara la reta y solo dejara el valor del mes de enero que se muestra en la culmna

Lo que estoy usando para realizar el calculo es lo siguiente 

ΔGTOS DE ADMIN =

VAR LASTMONTH=CALCULATE([GTOS DE ADMIN],PARALLELPERIOD(Calendario[Date],-1,MONTH))

VAR THISMONTH=[GTOS DE ADMIN]

VAR RESULT=IFERROR(THISMONTH-LASTMONTH,"N/A")

return

RESULT

According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.

(1) We can create two measures. 

ΔGTOS DE ADMIN =
VAR LASTMONTH=CALCULATE([GTOS DE ADMIN],PARALLELPERIOD(Calendario[Date],-1,MONTH))
VAR THISMONTH=[GTOS DE ADMIN]
VAR RESULT=IFERROR(THISMONTH-LASTMONTH,"N/A")
return
RESULT

NEW ΔGTOS DE ADMIN = IF(MONTH(MAX('CALENDAR'[Date]))=1,MAX('Table'[GTOS DE ADMIN]),'Table'[ΔGTOS DE ADMIN])

(2) Then the result is as follows.
