IFNULL({ FIXED [Student Id],[Academic Period Id],[Fund Name]:MAX(IF [Fund Source] IN ('I','Institution Aid') AND [Fund Type] IN ('G','Grant','Scholarship') THEN [Award Amount] END)},0)

I'm sorry, I don't know Tableau syntax very well, can you share your sample data and the output in Tableau (or the output you expect)
