In grand total, Am getting 0 or 1 based on the total offshore and onshore houres. But I need to sum up values from each row. Please help.

How are you doing the table? Formulas are working right for me:
SUM_Col = SUMX(MyTable,DIVIDE(MyTable[Onshore],MyTable[Offshore],0))AVG_Col = AVERAGEX(MyTable,DIVIDE(MyTable[Onshore],MyTable[Offshore],0))
