Hi MichaelHutchens ,

Please try this DAX:

VAR EmployeeLatestRecord = 
    ADDCOLUMNS(
        GROUPBY(
            'Employee',
            'Employee'[Employee ID],
            "MaxRecordNumber", MAXX(CURRENTGROUP(), 'Employee'[Record Number])
        ),
        "EmployeeDetails", CALCULATETABLE(
            'Employee',
            FILTER(
                'Employee',
                'Employee'[Record Number] = [MaxRecordNumber]
            )
        )
    )
RETURN
FILTER(
    EXPANDTABLECOLUMN(EmployeeLatestRecord, "EmployeeDetails"),

)
