    Anonymous , Try measure like

     

    ACC.BO_CNY = SUMX(Summarize(FCST_BD12, FCST_BD12[Entiy], FCST_BD12[BU], FCST_BD12[Material],"_1",MAX(FCST_BD12[Balance])*MAX(ASP[ASP_CNY])),[_1])
