    Dicken , I created a table with the same code, and it worked

     

     

    In case of measure use

    Maxx( INDEX(1 , dDate, ORDERBY(dDate[Date]) ), [Date])

    Dicken Try this : 

     use distinct around  the table you are using in window functions
