Hi all
I am new to Power BI and specially to DAX formulas ![]()
I was wondering if some of you could help me out.
I have a table with a column containing "amount" and a columnt with the currency factor (as I have various currencies). I wanted to insert a a column which calculates the local currency by multiplying the amount by the factor, but I get zero values when the currency factor is 0. I have tried different DAX combinations but don't get it to work. Anyone an idea how I could get it to work?
thank you!

Perhaps something like:
IF([CurrencyFactor]=0,[Amount],[Amount]*[CurrencyFactor)
Perhaps something like:
IF([CurrencyFactor]=0,[Amount],[Amount]*[CurrencyFactor)
Thank you very much Greg!
Your formula worked.
IF(Table1[Currency_Factor]=0;Table1[Amount];Table1[Amount]*Table1[Currency_Factor])
