DAX for 'breadcrumb'

I have this DAX for my current breadcrumb. I would like to extend it and hoping somebody can help me.

 

How do I extend this this to access multiple selectedvalue ie:

 

SELECTEDVALUE('Employee'[Company,"") OR

SELECTEDVALUE('Employee'[Union,"") OR

SELECTEDVALUE('Employee'[Department,"") OR

 

I want to be able to show in the breadcrumb everything user selects via card visual (slicer or any visualization)

 

EmployeeTreeBreadCrumb = 
VAR myBreadcrumb =
SELECTEDVALUE('Employee'[Company,"") & 
IF ( ISFILTERED ( 'Employee'[Department]), " > ", "" )

& SELECTEDVALUE('Employee'[Department],"")
    
    VAR IsItFiltered =
    IF ( ISFILTERED ( 'Employee'[Company]), myBreadcrumb, "Company Selected" )
RETURN
    IsItFiltered
