I am building a Paginated Report using a Power BI dataset.
I've been able to enable parameters to allow users to filter for a specific dataset (e.g. Literacy class group) if they select a single class using the method outlined here: https://audministrator.wordpress.com/2019/12/20/power-bi-report-builder-using-parameters/?unapproved...
However this only works if the user selects one value and not multiple values.
The DAX is FILTER(VALUES('ref_LiteracyClass'[Literacy_Class]), PATHCONTAINS(@LiteracyClass, 'ref_LiteracyClass'[Literacy_Class])) where '@' value is the parameter value selected.
Is there an alternate DAX query I could use? It seems like the FILTER operation will only return one value.
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Rewind you have to use RSCUSTOMDAXFILTER function for multiple values in your Power BI Report builder DAX expression.
