DAX cost allocation to future period

Dear Community Team,
I would like to write DAX formula to do cost allocation of remaining spending that is less than Today() date to future date as shown in picture below and I can't find where can attach file.

my expected outcome as per pic below.
My goal is to move balance lefover to future period for example next year.
