DAX comparison operations do not support comparing values of type Text with values of type Integer

Hi,

I need help on this error.
I have built this formula, and basically I'm trying to return 0 if column Nº de CM por RO 1 is equal to "" or 0

Decisão ROs em consulta = IF(AND('Informação Opex'[Nº de CM por RO 1]="",'Informação Opex'[Nº de CM por RO 1]=0),0,1)

Here is the error:  DAX comparison operations do not support comparing values of type Text with values of type Integer
