DAX & Gauge Visual

Hi guys,

I have a gauge visual that I just cannot understand how to use.

In short: I want it to show filtered data from the a table named "Tickets" and then data from three columns:
Column named "Group" -> filtered on only counting tickets marked with group "Service".
Column named "Source" -> filtered on only counting tickets marked with "Calls".
The last column is named "Status" and I want to be able to show what percentage of tickets with prior filtering have the status "Closed".

I have created a target value measure and a max measure (100%), but I cannot for the life of me understand where I have messed up in my formula or in muy data preparation.

Help?

    MyMost ,Not very clear. Based on what I got

    Your measure for Closed % should be like

     

    % = divide( countx(filter(Table, Table[Status]= "Closed") , Table[Group]), count( Table[Group]))

     

    If this does not help
    Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

      Say that my data looks like this (I made a quick example in Excel, but let's pretend it's Query editor in PowerBi):

       

      and I want to show with the gauge visual, what percentage of above rows are in the group "Service", with the source "Call" and has the status "Closed": how would achieve that? 😬😵 

      What I want to show is the percentage of closed tickets vs. the ones with the status open.
      I feel like I'm overthinking and overcomplicating this for some reason.
