How can I clear the result pane to check if minimal modification on my query results slightly diferent?

Fcoatis,
Based on my test, it is not able to clear the results in the panel, however, you can change output of different queries to files and compare the results. For more details, please reveiw this blog:https://exceleratorbi.com.au/getting-started-dax-studio/.
In addition, for DAX studio issues, please post questions in DAX Studio forum to get better support.
