So I have a column called [Audit Item] which contains different values.
If the value = [Patient Name] or [Person To Pay"] then I want the measure to result in 0.0%
If the value is anything else but these two, I want it to divide two columns called [Pass Count] and [Elements Checked])
So I can do the divide no problem, but I can't figure the first condition!

You can use standard IF function or SWITCH function to achieve the condition check logic.
