DAX Measure not adding up

Hi Experts

Cannot see the error in my DAX Measure (the table below clearly shows the Sum of No and Yes as 130 but the total is 113) everything is in one master FACT table....meseaure below

Measure

ActivityCountTest_ = Calculate(distinctCOUNT('act_rates_activity_volume_and_cf_days'[crm_call_name]),

                        FILTER(VALUES(act_rates_activity_volume_and_cf_days),

                        not(act_rates_activity_volume_and_cf_days[activity_type_2] IN {"customer_facing_day","blank_call_type"})))
