DAX - Help with FILTER - ALL option

Could you please share your dummy pbix here? Or the simple worksheet with serveral expected results.
That would be easier for us to provide the valuable advice.
I don't really have a dummy PBIX, just working in DAX to setup the dataset before creating an SSRS report. It was just a general question on how to properly create a measure for a prior week data. I tried using filter ALL and CalculateTable but to no avail.
