    Hi ksobota,

     

    Based on your scenario, you can use the DAX below on your INDIVIDUAL table.

    CountUser = CALCULATE(COUNTA(EMPLOYMENTS[Member_C]),FILTER(ALL(EMPLOYMENTS),EMPLOYMENTS[Member_C]=INDIVIDUAL[User_ID]))
