DAX Dynamic filter, dates less than selected year

Hellow,
I have a table with two columns: [Date] (with hierarchy and date format) and [Cash Amount]. I have a line chart with Axis: [Date] and Values: [Cash Amount]. I also have Combo Box type slicer of Year (Date). I need to filter the chart with values less than selected year data from the combo box.
