    I believe you want something along the lines of:

     

     

    Measure = 
VAR __worked = MAX('Master'[Worked])
RETURN
COUNTX(FILTER(ALL('Calendar'),[PostingDay] = TRUE() && [Date]<=TODAY() && [Date]>=__worked),[Date])
