DAX Count, Summarize, Groupby, Filter

    I've been trying to play around the quick measure..

    It doesn't get me what i want.

      Here is the native file attached.

       

      There is a cumulative graph have 4 lines (Start plan/ Start Actual/ Finish plan/ Finish Actual) with slicers.

      what makes me head bang is when i choose any options in slicer. want to see 0%-100% lines graph.?

       

      1. Do i need to measure every single slicer's options?

      2. what if i want to choose more than 2 options from slicer?
