DAX Conditional Formtting - Color based on Number "is Between" two values?

Hi there! I must be missing something simple here.

I'm using this DAX to set the color on the "Cover Weeks" column in this matrix.

This is not working quite right, I want values 4, 5, or 6 to be yellow if the "Current Cover (Weeks)" measure,  I can't understand why the above still colors a 3 as yellow?

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks

Alex

Conditional Fomartting for a particular field can be done graphically using  Conditiona Formatting --> Background color as well. Please find the below screenshot for the same.
