DAX Columns for the following

I want to create 2 column for the following calculation. looking for DAX for these formulas 

"Column 1" Balance = (Arr_demand + Current) - (Arr_Collection + Current)
"Column 2" Arrear analysis = Balance/Current Demand

@Fowmy  I Figured out the answer from Transform Data --> create Column --> Custom Column
