    Class (measure) =
    VAR acct = SELECTEDVALUE('Table1'[Account Code]) // or MAX('Table1'[Account Code]) if appropriate
    VAR ttype = SELECTEDVALUE('Table2'[Type])
    RETURN
    SWITCH(
    TRUE(),
    acct = "1020", "Fine",

    ttype = "listing", "Normal",
    "Up-normal"
    )

    If this does not help
    Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
