    Repairs Spend Distibution =
    CALCULATE (
    SELECTEDVALUE ( '*Repairs Spend Distribution'[Distribution], BLANK () ),
    FILTER (
    ALL ( '*Repairs Spend Distribution' ),
    [Repairs Spend] >= '*Repairs Spend Distribution'[Min]
    && [Repairs Spend] <= '*Repairs Spend Distribution'[Max]
    )
    )
     
    Also, please check [Repairs Spend] is a measure, not a column.
